Things to look forward to:
One (or more, I can't say any more yet) Decemberists shows.
Their new album, due March 22. Should be STUPENDOUS.
A new Long Winters album, sometime this year, John Roderick says.
A new New Pornographers album, probably September, says Carl over at their site. Don't worry, it'll be with Neko.
Bike rides when the weather improves. Usually 50 degrees is my minimum riding temperature. I will, if I'm really itchin', go out in the high 40s. Don't forget, the wind makes it feel a bunch colder. Yes, I have cold weather kit, but I hate to get all bundled up on the outside to get all sweaty on the inside.
Lately my titles have been James lyrics. This old song, from like 1988 or so, is C F G, throughout the whole song. It is my new favorite strum-fest. There's a lead riff in places on top of the rhythm, with lots of variations, which was Larry Gott either improvising or screwing up. He builds furniture now.
I've given up on hairstyles.
