OK, I know some are real and actually have some connection to the band/artist, but I'm beginning to think that that a lot of Myspace band pages are either fan-run things or just marketing tools run by labels/managers/publicists. AFAIK the Decemberists one is one of the fan dealies. Corrina and Deni and Adam and Rachel and Steve and Richard and Maggie and Brian do actually do theirs. I know Billy has something to do with his. Petra too maybe? Some of the others, I just don't know. Like Brian and Amanda. And Art Brut. And a couple more.
