Wood, being knocked as we speak

Haven't had an accident in 19 years. (Not counting when that deer trampled over the top of my car and then ran off into the woods in 2003.)
Or a speeding ticket in 5.
So far, so good.

Also, a newish Robyn cover of a song from his newish album (the box set from last fall).

There's too much caffeine in your bloodstream and a lack of real spice in your life

I would like to see Tron again sometime for some reason. Actually, there's a lot of movies I want to see.

Look!

Uncle Matt: I don't want either of you boys getting pregnant when you're fifteen, like that Jamie Lynn Spears.
Gabe: What do I look like, a seahorse?

Time Marches On

Soon this month of snot and sickness will be over. To celebrate, Sam will have a birthday!

Unless this cold he has turns into something worse.

That's Fantastic

I am very hungry right now.
Really.
Like, I could eat a lot.

My Marzipan Fruit

Let me show you it.

Why is lolcat-ese always funny?

Srsly, tho, marzipan fruit? It's like almond flavored wood putty.

Crabby Patty

I'm not sure what the rules are for this domino game. Gabe can tell me, I guess.

Kudos, me!

Which of us is me?
A collection of Robyn Hitchcock covers, recorded haphazardly, in 2007.
Most were done straight into the built-in microphone on my MacBook, with GarageBand 3 or the new 08 version. A few were done with real microphones and interfaces. None were done with any talent or expertise.

I may or may not do a song of the month project this year.

Cheers!

The Lizard (Robyn Hitchcock)
Meat (Robyn Hitchcock)
You've Got (Robyn Hitchcock)
Aquarium (Robyn Hitchcock)
Mexican God (Robyn Hitchcock)
She Doesn't Exist (Robyn Hitchcock & the Egyptians)
Agony Of Pleasure (Robyn Hitchcock)
Tell Me About Your Drugs (Robyn Hitchcock & the Egyptians)

"A patch of solid ice" is not, in my opinion, redundant

It is very slippery, though.

I understand that I am now officially too old to use "prolly." Someone at work told me that.

Happy New Year (late)

Happy New Year +2!

So far, so good?

Another el cheapo Robyn Hitchcock cover, Meat.
